A Poem by Anthony Guest

Sleepless as the days rise and nights fall, thirsting for only peace , the only freedom from the aches of times past. Lost to half closed eyes , dreaming imperfectly unable to free the mind from the countless days of fatigue. Caught under the pressure that crush diamonds, The body lays and the mind prays for the next day in hope’s to once again be free to be lost to glorious dreams of rebirth.
