Your fault

Your fault

A Poem by markedforever

As blood runs down my arm

I thinkto myself

This is it

I'm going to die

The bleeding stops

I wipe away the blood

And cut again

Hoping this time I die

For such a simple poem, it has a very dark and powerful message.
I understand that feeling, perhaps not physically but mentally and emotionally I understand.
Please say that you arent writing as a literary concept, because nobody deserves that outcome. Nobody deserves to hope to die.
Hope is not meant to be sad, or depressing, hope is there to be optomistic, not morbid. Hope is the candle that keeps us going, hoping that the sun will rise again, to not leave us in the dark of depression any longer.
Please, if you ever need to talk you call childrens helpphone or something.
Dieing is not worth the effort, you were created for purpose, your special, and you deserve happiness.
Thanks for writing.

No dieing. >.<
I liked the poem, very nice. Quite dark and slightly scary. Maybe it's just me as I can relate to this poem. but it sent a shiver down my spine.
