![]() Hold Me SoftlyA Poem by Dave Hold Me Softly Hold me softly against the cold of winters' night, to feel the warmth of you till the chill melts away. The wind pounds on the window, snow piles on the stoop, Fire crackles in the fireplace and all I see and feel is you. Snuggling, wrapped in a warm blanket enjoying the warmth. Hold me softly in our nest of warmth and mutual love, kisses accent quiet moments as we get more comfortable. Not wanting to leave our sanctuary, together we stay. Bodies soft and touching, needing to be touched, We know we are there for each other, deep in love. © 2025 Dave |
