Brief Encounter

Brief Encounter

A Story by Dave

                                     Brief Encounter

The sea was a brilliant blue beneath a matching sky.  Her bathing suit

fit snug. It was white and accented the tan of her limbs.  I wondered if she was

complete in her tan.  She splashed in the shallows of the water along the shore,

the droplets making her arms shine as she rubbed the water up and down her

arms.  Her hair, not yet wet wafted in the ocean breeze. Dunking her head

underwater, just for a moment  she wetted it,  now dark and wet it glistened in

the sunlight giving sharp contrast to her deep blue eyes.

I don't know how long I stood there drinking in her beauty, I was so enchanted.

I hadn't noticed , that she had moved closer to me.  She stood just steps away.

"You look pretty good yourself." she said.  Momentarily startling me.

Realizing she was talking to me, I stammered, "Thank you.  I'm sorry if you
,
thought I was googling you."

Moving closer, she asked, "Are you?  Are you really sorry?  I was googling you,

but I don't think I made it as obvious as you did." she teased.

She was so close,  I could easily see her blue eyes glistening, shining into the

very core of my being.  Despite the two of us being wet, I could feel the

unmistakable warmth of her body.  I found myself unable to say or do anything.

She reached down and took my hand and pulled me into her.  Putting her other

arm around my neck she lifted herself up and kissed me full on the lips.  Now

fully cognizant, I fervently returned her kisses, sure that she could feel my

arousal pressing into her.

"I'm so glad that I wasn't mistaken in my premature assessment of you, " she

said.

"Oh? What evaluation would that have been?" I asked.

"That you'd be a good lover.  You are a good lover, aren't you?

"I'd like to think that I am, but perhaps it would be best if you judged for

yourself."I told her.

"Good idea," she said.  "It looks like the beach is now pretty much deserted

what with the lifeguards now off-duty.  My blanket is just over there." she

pointed.

What a lucky fellow! Maybe the girl is lucky, too! One thing is for sure, and that's the fact that all the planets aligned for them in that few moments. A delightful short tale, Dave.

My review of Brief Encounter would be that I'm amazed you could write this entire item without a single graphic description.
I'm impressed!
Love the story and the romance.
So? Did the author turn out to be a good lover? We never saw the result (;

Glenda - if you care for a bit more graphic description, perhaps you'd like 'Love on the Beach."
