How Long?A Poem by Dave How Long? Before the guns are silent and babies cry no more, when mothers, wives need not fear the dread of night. Children can rest assured that they are and will be safe, their next meal, safe haven won't be in a distant land. When missiles and bombs don't tear their home, lives apart. How long will the rest of us watch in indignation, on our hands.
