To See You Again

To See You Again

A Poem by Dave

                               To See You Again

If I were to see you again, it would be in my dreams,

dreams filled with white marsh mellow clouds.

Floating in a brilliant blue sky filled with sunshine.

If I were to see you again, the world would be ours,

to play with as we enjoy just being, being together.

A bubble of life, joyously letting us live our lives.

If I were to see you again, it would be everlasting,

no more goodbyes, only tender, sweet loving.

If I were to see you again, you would be my dream

Beautiful words shared Dave. The words flowed like a song. I liked the need and the wants of the words. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry.

another beautiful love poem...love "white marsh mellow" clouds.
Made me think of Ophelia and maybe the peace she finally found in that marsh..floating like a cloud.

I'm glad you liked it - Take care - Dave
Has the sound of a recollection of one lost. Though the feelings of loss are still there, the memories seem to be wonderful. Not all have such memories.
