The Joy of SpringA Poem by Dave
The Joy of Spring
Come to me in the joy of Spring, sun shining, birds singing your laughter in my ears, such sweet music for the heart. Holding hands, we move together to the blooming beauty of abundant, brilliant flowers in vast array along our quiet path. You let me place a bright yellow buttercup behind your ear, your face lights with a glowing smile and warms my heart. The joy of Spring is in your eyes, flashing so bright a blue, ruby red lips are puckered for a soft kiss for you and I do.
