Day SailA Poem by Dave
Day Sail
The wind in her sails as she goes surging across the waters. Sleek, white her deck the finest teak, mast reaching high her blossoming white sails billowing out into the blue sky contrasted slightly with the puffy clouds floating overhead. Standing at the bow, golden strands blowing over her shoulders taut figure filling her bathing suit, proud breasts pointing the way. Tanned legs splayed easily keeping her balance against the waves she laughs at the water washing over the deck, into the cockpit. Enjoying the sea as much as she, gulls screech far above her. She beckons to me to join her, to hold her closely in my arms. Together feeling the rushing wind that fills the sails, water on the deck Basking in the bright sunlight, we kiss a sweet windy, wet welcome.
