7th Grade.

"REALLY early poem I wrote. I think it was one of my first poems. Also when I started using the "~ Reptar" at the end of things because I was scared of people finding it in school one day."

Holding back words in my mouth.

Scared of what she might say.

Can she hear my heart pound?

Butterflies go away!

"I..."

 

Can't finish the sentence.

I mumble, she stares.

I know i meant this.

But would she even care?

"I love...."

 

How these words tease me.

Sarcasm, its there.

These words please leave me.

But they go no where.

"I Love..."

 

There i go stopping again.

That's try number three.

Whats wrong with my head.

No. Whats wrong with ME?!

"I..."

 

Fight to push these words off the tip of my lips

I look like an idiot,

But there is nothing to fear.

Because It's only us two.

When suddenly she says in my ear.

"I love you too"
