I see you put the rhyme in this piece...I would try free verse and give this everything you want to say about the person you want to give your heart, too...seems there's more to this write...something is amiss in the lines:

Pounding heart flows the deepest desire
Aspire within my mind
Design to feel these thoughts
Fought hard pursuing destiny
Escape comes to reality

DIscovery is uncovered
Finished seems undone
Huge rock I can not carry
It is yours my heavenly.
