A RECKONING - By Mark Manning

A RECKONING - By Mark Manning

A Poem by Mark Manning
"

Mark my words it will end badly....it always does ....

"

A Reckoning

Ray Bans hide a lot

Cool Charismatic  after birth

Cold cocooned cacophony

Frontal Lobotomy

Life’s sweet syphilitic Symphony

etched upon your face

How the camera loves you

You who loves Yourself

No fear of you

Being left up on the shelf

Wing it till you Zen it

Method being quite Brutal

Forensics  Neutral

Get away with Murder

Or so you like to think

Growing ever bolder

Looking over shoulder

Someone’s got it coming

It’ll all end badly

mark my words

It always does
