A Dawning

A Dawning

A Poem by Mark Manning
"

Angst Battle of the longing to be Free Heart ......

"

A Dawning

Standing outside of on crossroads roadhouse...

Where they do the do wah diddy dum diddy swing swam swum....

And the thing and the thing was I did’nt even recognise it comprehend it

Conceptualize  you you golden child golden girl golden chromatic does’nt take an automatic  drive by dramatic addict in  the  attic to figure go figure go sliding down  balustrade to  echo of your tirade out into freshest  night despite your protestations to the contrary  fuckaroon control freak a howling after me and it hit me hit me don’t ya contradict me in  heat of  night blessed moonlight casting shadows tall and dark billow stretching reflecting our breathing determined and free at last .........
