This one makes me think of a woman, missing the love which she needs and yearns for. She seems to be describing her passion for someone who she loves, both intensely and obsesses over. In structure, there is a clear rhyming component; generally. When referencing waiting for her love "to call", the protagonist's frustration with her lover rings just as clearly; as her more tender thoughts and feelings for him.
