Midnight Creeps

Midnight Creeps

A Poem by Mariposa Lila

Midnight creeps upon your shoulders

like a dark cape you wear on a cold winters night

The house you live in is haunted

they talk about it

all over town

They say the steps to the porch will creek

beneath your feet lies spirits

of angry souls never put to sleep

Following you inside

they dift in like spyder webs

spinning you out of control

Never letting go

just haunting

your lonely soul

You have an incredible imagination and I really like that.
I may sound dark here, but I really love the third stanza O_o lol
It was fun reading this.
