Arbitrary CystA Poem by MarinaGrew a cyst, freaked out, made a fuss about it.Well that's it, I have a cyst Google says it's tumor Naturally The doctor says it's completely normal They seem to appear "Arbitrarily" As if they have nothing better to do -As if I have nothing better to do- And I paid this doctor, For what seems to be an arbitrary examination I was constantly touching my head The cyst appeared to be fine, Minding its business Until a few moments ago When I touched it and I felt it biting my finger "Would you bugger off and leave me be?" "I want you gone, cyst" "I shall depart as arbitrarily as I have come" F*****g hell, that little s**t is getting philosophical I decided to shove some Plato or Schopenhauer on its face Every day Until it realizes that arbitrariness Is just as idiotic as a talking cyst. Until then, I have made my peace with it.
