My Dreams

My Dreams

A Poem by Maria.F.T

My dreams are the seasons in my life
Yesterday and today are different
Tomorrow will be the next new one

My dreams are the clothes I will wear
I buy them in the dreams shop
I have to pay them with my talents

Sometimes my dream is sunny
Sometimes my dream is rainy
Sometimes my dream is snowy

I can wear my dreams to a party
I can wear them to other places
They speak up my lifestyle

This year the season is lawyer season
Next year the season is poet season
Last month the season was author season

This morning I wear producer costume
This afternoon I wear actress costume
Tonight I wear musician costume

However, my seasons should help people
Those who need water
Those who need flowers and fruits

I have to wear the clothes
Which make my country cries happy tears
The clothes which can help me in every mission

Seasons never stay the same in my life
I do not always wear the same clothes
The same thing as my dreams

This really captures the transient nature of dreams and more generally, life. Your writing style is unpredictable and refreshing--nice work.

You write of your dreams and
dreams are the stuff of life.
Dreams can run from raunchy
to holy , or from decadent to delight.
Your dreams are a wonder, "out of sight'"
