Hidden Truth

Hidden Truth

A Poem by Maria Retz
"

This is about how things in life not always are what they seem. What is trash may soon be gold, have you ever this been told?

"

A little sigh, a heavy hush,
life is wry, yet, life is lush.
A secret way, a major clue,
dolphins play in ocean blue.

A mirror flash, so frigid cold,
what is trash may soon be gold.
Ancient chants in newer songs,
newborn plants undo our wrongs.

Love is kind, yet, love is tough,
he who’s blind sees all the stuff.
High above the bluebirds fly,
soon a dove will join, “goodbye.”

What you read is hidden truth,
wisdom agreed to teach old youth.
Instead of fearing; listen, learn,
what you’re hearing, you can’t spurn.
