Yo I love this. It really takes forever to decide on a tattoo- and the searching of styles and images and colors is really so meaningful, just like the eventual tattoo itself.
My family absolutely abhors tats, they just see them as scars that mar their gods perfect design.
I see them as totally different- my own stamp upon something else work. It makes my body MY own, instead of whoever wants to "Claim" me. I have trouble with people thinking what they believe is what I believe too, and I cannot contradict them without major repercussions, so I've always wanted to get a tat so I have some physical proof of my true beliefs and passions.

Well, I'm not an adult yet, but when I am I'll get one !
Nooooo! Don't do it! Tats are naff, naff, naff! Soooo common and plain ugly. A sign of very poor taste. Our David Beckham -- he of many tats -- is laughed at on account of his naffness in Britain. Tats are definitely passe, uncool, a sign that one is striving too hard.
