With an Action

With an Action

A Poem by Maraline-Elijah

Push with an illness

To the edge with anger

The ice off the tree quivers down my spine

Move to the cliff with an intention

To jump

Take my hot hand to you face

Now frozen

Save me from myself

Duality is my sin

Your hand breaks away from the pale of purity

Leaving the red indentations

Of a lost medium

The first leaf falls with an unheard crash

See the deviation left behind

Floating in a current of fallen tears

Down the dark muttled stream of left behind memories

Splash the water in my face

I take a swing

The club with my fist

The strike of lightening is loud

It strikes the ground not going bak up

The grass moves out of its way

We are the clashing

The absolute opposites with every trait in common

The way of life shall ever be in our hand

To await the day we don't fuul this way

To hate the way we love

And love the way we hate

It will all end soon
