Do you know how you have altered me?
Irrevocably
my heart is lost
Irretrievable
time goes by without notice
There is no sunlight as bright
or moon glow as soft
as you.
When I am afraid in the night
you sing me to sleep
When I think you’re not real
you remind me with a kiss
When I put my arms around you
you hold me closer
When I think my heart is already full
you fill it to overflowing
Do you know how you have rescued me?
Redemption
I am whole again
Complete
your love has saved me
You have delivered me from emptiness

you found me
