ZepherA Poem by Michelle TarnowskiA short poem
Leaves in the wind, surprising and unpredictable. One moment clinging tenaciously to the branch of familiarity and security, the next caught by a summer zephyr and carried away to new heights and new discoveries trusting that the wind will not let them fall into swirling eddies or other unforeseen dangers. Through the flight there is a certain exhilaration in sailing on the breeze, an unexpected freedom that the security of the branch did not give. © 2008 Michelle TarnowskiFeatured Review
