Maestro

 

Dance with me

take me by the hand

guide my way to happiness

just steps to wonderland.

 

Sing to me

reach in and touch my heart

take away my breath

let the music start.

 

Run with me

the rhythm at our feet

feel the lyrics take a hold

of everyone we meet.

 

Fly with me

sit safe upon my wing

dine upon the melody

help my body sing.

The just steps to wonderland.. the images it brought to life in my mind.. that in itself, that one line, is poetic perfection.
But the second stanza.. sing to me.. let the music start.. and the other two as well.. spoke to my heart.
That's what G's done.. I swear it. He's let me remember how to dance, and has shown me a few new moves.
