RED, WHITE AND BLUE

RED, WHITE AND BLUE

A Poem by anthony blake
"

JULY 4TH INDEPENDENCE DAY

"

Independence leading to Freedom

Knowledge educating with Wisdom

Bravery in conquering overbearing struggles

The call for the Birth of a Nation

It was an establishment being our appreciation

As a Patriot America, you stood tall

This is our America being our call

The song of right overshadowing the wrong

Our Forefathers saw America with reality kicking in

America’s beginning happening from then

Our heritage became our privilege

Prestige throughout

Philadelphia and Washington, DC with working America’s existence in details out

A War Hero only knows

It’s America’s birthday of Red, White and Blue that shows

The ashes cleared

War no more

America conquered and saw

America became the United States of America

So stand up America and be counted

Heroes our Patriots

I hear a Song, “America, you were once uptight, but Freedom became strong and it was the multitudes of Races where we all belong. It was a battle cry with efforts being every try. America stands today being a symbol of a Nation. We wouldn’t be America if it wasn’t for our dedicated Men and women in the Military Uniform. Stand proud America and salute. In the distance, I hear a musical playing flute. Yeah, Yankee Doodle Dandy with an upward swing, but today, Happy Birthday America being the thing”.
