![]() D I S C O R O C KA Poem by anthony blake![]() UP THE TEMPO![]() It was the “Dazzling Blue Disco Club” An Old Man 70 wearing a White Suit and Wig You Dig The Old Man even had on Platform Shoes Now he must decide on his dance partner to choose The Old Man considers himself a “Dancing Prancher” But sounds more like a Rancher Now the Old Man is dancing all over the Dance Floor I think he needs to be committed for sure Imagine an 70 Year Old man dancing under a crystalized Disco dazzling Ball with a young women in the music beats That Old Man must have some aching feet This would be a good time for him to give into defeat The Old Man claims the music were songs being his jam The Dancing partner lady was named Pam The Disco beat goes on I don’t know how the Old Man can dance so long The dance floor he doesn’t belong But now the Old Man is on the Dance Line I think the Disco Club is just being kind Anyway, this concludes the Dance Off Disco thereof
