What is it Like?

I was in emotional pain and just trying to work my way through it all to find understanding of the content of which I was feeling.

what is it like

to like someone so much

to listen to their mic

and not want to touch

pain comes shorthanded

yer it gets under our skin

like mom did

leaving us pinned.

loyalty is one thing

trust is another

and there is nothing

I wouldn't do for her

she chooses him

i say goodbye

she leaves on a whim 

becoming less shy

she's playing a game

toying with hearts

gaining fame

by playing new parts.
