My Life

My life has given me hell, and this is what came of it so far.

When people see my past

They are left agast

By the bad things in my life

That make me strive

For things that should be given

As a way for those to get even

They truly don’t understand

Those who have a short fuse

Will make a final stand

Based on their past abuse

Standing for what’s right

It may seem rough

But everybody can win the fight

No matter how tough

When people see my past

We blame others for our mistakes

Because we are afraid of how it may seem

But we all have what it takes

To repair our broken seams

The fight is long and hard

It takes a lot out of us

But we can endure the pain

At least for the time being

Nothing can hold me back

But my own internal thoughts

Anger builds up due to misunderstanding

But if you look hard enough help is there for you

Help is there for you

Those who seek help aren’t weak

But rather they are strong

They’re not quite at their peak

And those who hate are wrong.
