Where Are You?

She cant understand where it has gone. It simply vanished in thin air. She looks and looks but still nothing. Can she find it...?

Oh mittens
Where have you gone
I cannot find you anywhere
I have looked
And looked
But still nothing
You're not...
In between the coach cushions
Or under the bed
Not even in the dark monstrous closet
Oh mittens how I miss you
My hands are so cold
They need your warmth
Oh mittens please come out
And stop hiding from me
Please oh please oh please
I begged and begged and begged
But still...
Nothing
I started to pace around the room
Wondering where my mittens could be
I tried to think...
Where was the last place I saw you
But nothing seemed to come to mind
I couldn't take this anymore
And I was beginning to get frustrated
Just before all hell broke loose
It came to me
The freezer
I hurried to the freezer
And opened it quickly
There covered in ice
Were my mittens
After hours of searching
I finally found them
My once lost mittens
Where now found
And I was happy as can be!

Ha, that was funny. Who puts mitten in the freezer when they are ment to keep your hands warm?
It did seem like more of story, but the poem works just as well. I personally like it better this way.
