The man in the middle of the road

It's so sad that a lot of school-going children lose their lives to easily avoided road accidents. And yes, we can always stop it.

He waves at the little kids in the yellow bus

And ducks just on time to let the truckers pass

He points his arm to the left

And stops oncoming traffic to a halt

Then slowly walks the children across
