[untitled]A Poem by Mallory Jenso sit there just like you have for the past year say you care but I know otherwise looking at a friendship disapearing lovely.
love me sitting by my widow you say you do but you can't because you lent out your soul one too many times
drunk by your breath disalusioned by how I left how you let me go and just stood still
Becoming cold against my own will things just started to happen to me drenched with my hope to shead a tear I just walk away and die slowly.
steady with my hand i write my next steps Without you; I never wanted this still somehow some storys end this way. some storys don't always end like we'd all wish. Like I did. But it's okay i'm still breathing and you'll move on. I don't think you ever were that upset. © 2008 Mallory Jen |
