Spider CracksA Poem by MalleteditorLook out for the little cracks. Tiny, like a spiderweb
A heart begins to break slowly
Tiny spider cracks spreading across the surface Not visible to the naked eye Thin as a strand of silk Not easy to fix The cracks start to get bigger Small strands of yarn spreading across the surface Visible to the naked eye Thicker than before Harder to fix Giant cracks are everywhere Huge rivers lacing across the surface Filled with painful tears Shattered in two Impossible to fix Superglue spreads over the surface of the heart Pulling the fissures back together Not perfect, but healed Scarred but beautiful Finally at peace
