ImminentA Poem by MalleteditorThat imminent danger lurking around the corner.
The music begins
Softly and sweetly The lighthearted tune Begins to take shape As the movie begins And all seems normal And the audience is relaxed Before the storm comes in The music continues Slightly louder With an ominous tone That moves away As the movie continues The scene starts to darken And the audience tenses As the rain begins The music crescendos Louder and louder In a minor key As the characters run As the movie climaxes The end is soon near As the audience jumps And the thunder claps The music diminishes Fading away Left almost nothing Of the melodic tune As the movie fades out The screen fades to black As the audience breathes A sigh of relief
