A Poem by MalkavianDelirium
"

Screaming and no one listens.

"

Can't fix me. Not broken.

Well, not in ways you know.

Been soul-sick, too long now,

yearning, bleeding, begging,

can't you hear me?

Can't stop me. Not listening.

Not to anything you have to say.

Won't have it, won't take it,

bathed in your venom too long,

now we all fall.

Can't hurt me. Stopped feeling.

Oh don't act surprised, my love.

You've saw me, bore witness,

tumbled down my walls and,

whispered welts to flesh.

Words like blows, raining.

Gone numb now, not home now.

Left the physical behind, departed.

I'm glad I found this to read... especially tonight, when I'm certainly not feeling so hot, and am filling up with my own litanies of misery. Can't seem to think of any constructive criticism... but I know I always prefer straight praise anyway. So thanks. Excellent job.
