So I smothered you- I'm too clingy and needy

Okay...

I'm too negative and I bring you down, sweetie

Okay...

My possessiveness is more than you can take

Okay...

I stress you out and you need a break

Okay...

So you took my life and totally wrecked it!

Okay...

I'm doing as good as can be expected

Okay...

So you're leaving and I'm letting you go

Okay...

It's the end, I just want you to know

Okay...

It's pathetic how I kept holding on

Okay...

I'll be fine as soon as you're gone.

Difficult not to cling to someone that is part of you...I know both sides of that story.
