Scientific Birth

Scientific Birth

A Poem by Malen

If nothing is nothing
You are nothing
You nothing

But vast infinity holds colorful visions
Birthing universes of untold stories
Combustion, vacuum, cosmic fury
Creation from molecular theories.
As each string theory unwinds
Returning us through scientific time.
Curiosity still stands,
under our oceans grand
Where space became so dense
It lost all commonsense, or
Where we remained our nothingness.

If nothing is something
You are something
You nothing

Inside one universe I grew
Made from genetic instructions
Evolving encodings of history.
Forming from cosmic dust
Is this what man tried to explain
Years ago before religion?
A book we all seek
Construed by those with disbelief?
From cosmic dust we came,
The forming like earths land.
I am connected with billions of relatives.
A timeline of mankind, but mostly the woman side.
My universe contracted, I was extracted.
Along with that universe, all held first,
In the arms of a nurse
holding scientific birth.

If nothing is nothing
We are everything
Including nothing

This opens up interesting questions about everything that is. I love the thought process that went into this piece. There is no such thing as nothingness for it in itself is something.
Great stuff.
