Tomorrow

Tomorrow

A Poem by Malachite Rain
"

Another poem about nonsense of tomorrow

"
Tomorrow

The steel clitters and clatters,
That is the only sound that matters.
Breath and oil fog the view,
Of the sun's glorious pursuit.

Iron slithers, left and right,
Inconceivable is its might.
Husks of progress line the streets,
Producing quite the feats!

Flesh and bone turns to naught,
Unity spreads throughout!
Progress springs with every step,
A fact we best not forget!

Metal bodies of tomorrow,
Turn to wealth of yesterday.
Here come the stars tonight,
Graced with our might.
