Enchanting Storm

Enchanting Storm

A Poem by ANNA

Enchanting Strom 1-15-14

im strong but apart of me is frail
i feel it laughing at me
creeping up my spine
lonely screams every time I embrace fear
im happy but a rush of anger floods me
i feel it poisoning my fall
on broken glass i stand tall
stormy eyes turn inside out
i'm alive but a beating heart plead
i feel it shaping my soul
holding on tight i fly
superhuman I'm formed
im beauty but roses bleed
erasable marker i make my mark
I feel it snap chatting my carbon footprint
Craving my lose of control
I'm greatness but something evil defines me
i feel it eating away my spirit
looking at me with a whispering eye
morning stains the color of my faith
I'm innocent but trouble awaits
I feel it surrendering in my knees
Colliding with every step I take
Breathing becomes, an imposter
I inhale too late
I'm human but my mistake have shaped my reality
