Wire Cutters

Wire Cutters

A Poem by Maglia Weaver Twill

The wire cutters were helpful to the gardener.
Roses were one of the gardener’s favorites
Or camellias which would grow in the shade.
No one saw them bloom on the North side,
Cutting a stark contrast their dark green foliage
Harmonized the bright white paint of the house.
Emphasis was placed on isolation,
So that whether alone or together.
Endangered species were still endangered.

Ah wonderful I sense the fear raging in each species. Knowledge of danger is the essence of suspense. Hitchcock said that and no one knew about sharp cutting instruments better than Hitchcock.
