Rude awakenings could be funny. I can be happy

Or sad by crude and vulgar manners because

Someone looked like he would have the most
Expressible lips.  To covet his lips was not terrible.

Tell me great universe, why is it wrong to want
Someone's presence to love them and miss them.

I felt so strongly and I remember how I felt, and
Only when heaven opens its arms to me will I see

New planets or whatever is there.  Will he be? Let's
Express how we want to see him in glory our great king.

to love is prettily sad; I'm glad I felt so strongly once or twice, there is nothing wrong with it, that is what I want to say

I am the first to review this. I like the thoughts within. Might I suggest you look at the form and consider a block paragraph type format. It's almost that way anyway, and in my opinion would suit the poem. However, as always, poetic license remains with the author. We all have our reasons for writing the way we do.
