A time

There's always going to be that one person in your life that you loved so much you would do anything for that person

you'd kill

you'd die

you'd wish to go back in time

There's always going to be a time in your life when you regret all the bad things you did to that person

you'll cry

you'll pray

you'll even "cut" way

There's always going to be a time in your life when you beg for that person to love you back

you'd change

you'd get on your knees and pray some more

you'd desperately try to get that person to listen to anything you say

There's also going to be a time in your life when you can't get that person back

you'll cry some more

you'll beg some more

you'll stop trying and give up

Then there's a time in your life when you decide to move on and try to be happy

you'd cry one last time

you'd tell that person goodbye 

you'd save a spot in your heart for that person forever

I haven't even gotten that far yet

You put a lot of emotions in there. If this has been rooted from a personal experience then all I can say is when love is lost, you must not bow your head in sadness. Instead keep your head up high and gaze ahead for that is where your broken heart will be sent to heal.

A very touching poem.... I can relate to this very well.... letting go is key, take it from personal experience to let go and allow the pain ebb its way down the river of life.

I like the you write.
and quite most of it i can relate to.
it's hard sometimes to move on but there always something that keeps on reminding you of what you have lost.
it's hard but you'll have move on.
easier said than done i think.
