Drifting

Drifting

We used to be close
We used to hang out constantly
We used to laugh at the stupidest jokes
We used to be inseparable
We used to share our secrets with each other
We used to always be there for each other
We used to be there to cry on each others shoulders
We used to do a lot of things
But know we don't hang out with each other
We don't laugh with each other
We used to be best friends
Now were just two people

A very nice portrayal of 'Drifting' apart! 9th line down: 'know' should be 'now?' This is short, yet meaningfully powerful! Very nice!
