Silent Hill The siren sounds And blood does spill. Take refuge with one evil Who shall try to burn you, or Keep outside with another Who will hunt, and find, and kill. Blood weeps the walls, Again the wailing calls. Monsters, screams, Hellish beings Roam about this town. To where is that small child Running around?
I'm not too big on video games, so this is based on the movie. :) If any of you have ever never watched 'Silent Hill,' do it. The suspense is excellent, as are the special effects. ^_^
If you don't like horror though... Don't.

Thank you for allowing me to see "Silent Hill" through your eyes. Your telling/showing writing skills are profound.
My favorite line is: "Blood weeps the walls, Again the wailing calls." Scares the heck out of me. I hear it, smell it, see it, feel it and almost taste it. Great write.
You are definitely creative. This is nightmare worthy material.
Thank you for sharing your wonderfully composed and executed poem.
Sincerely,
Cecil

And thank YOU for reading!! ^_^ I truly appreciate feedback. (: ... I like that line a lot too... ;)
love this movie/story/game. Never thought to write a poem about it. There is tons of great imagery to be plucked and placed in a poem from Silent Hill.
How strange. The day after I begin writing my story 'Flakes', which is immensely influenced by Silent Hill, I stumble upon a poem on Silent Hill. Yes, I adore the Silent Hill franchise although I've never seen any of the movies. I've played all the games though and never have I been more scared by a video game.
I guess Silent Hill is scary because of the idea behind it: how our personal fears morph into their very own distinct nightmares.
