For now they are falling on me...A Poem by MagdelenaLifes many hardships caan bring forth such pain..I walk upon this place called earth
My steps laden with so much woe, strife. Yes this is my life So live it I must. I look above At the man who brought forth All that I see, all that is me For whatever it's worth. I see the land start to fill, water falling I trudge forward, intent on one thing To get to the place I am meant for To live out my one true dream. I bend and run my fingers through the liquid mass Then realize it is Luke-warm Like tears I have shed on many a night tears for all that has past and now gone. Arms held high, I search the heavens My heart breaking for what I see For tears form the heavens are falling And now they are falling on me. Yes, I softly cry.... For now they are falling on me... © 2009 MagdelenaReviews
