For one night me to come
To get deep within
To see all your demons

To lash out in pain
Your hidden deep shame

Each and every day.

I chuckle at your eyes for no soul
For that you have lost once upon a time
So very long ago.

Twas a promise, a deal, you made that very night
Give to you power, make all stand in fright
Show you your strength
Take away your pain.

Did you not realize
It would surface once again?

Oh how I love to see you squirm
The maggots that touch your soul
Shall once again make you burn.

So come softly
No fight
For anger will come forth
My patience will last so long.

On God's given earth..

Pickens I have come for
Though you are a poor specimen of such
What with your engulfing darkness
Your soul also not much.

Yet who am I too complain?
For a soul is to blame
The one you once sold
For your stupid little games.

Sp time to pay the piper
I take no reprieves
For tonight you shall be leaving
And that is with one such as me.

i like the imagery and detail in this alot... a very deep and dark piece .. like the last lines in this making this a very powerful read... very nicely done...
