So will you follow me towards the heavens?

 

I watch all around me..
My eyes taking in all that is unseen.
Gestures gone unnoticed,
my eyes catch and see what they mean.

I wait as I sit.
For darkness to finally come about.
For there I can be the real me.
The one who lives with no doubt.

I close my eyes and dream of those moments.
Memories of days gone by,
and on a gentle sigh.. I let loose..
My freedom and all, then let myself fly..

High above where others can not see.
Towards the stars that sparkle so bright.
To the heavens I wander and search.
Only then does my soul feel so right.

Yet alone I am..Though not by chose..
For many who have tried,
got lost within their own voice.
For fear they held,
maybe rightly so.

To be free is a gift,
and only the believers shall ever know.

So I grace the soft clouds..
The winds upon my face.
The moments of glory,
of Gods amazing grace.

Such beauty to behold.
Wonders for the eye.
A dream made in heaven,
from the good Lord to I.

So follow me along,
if you care to that is.
Leave behind all your worries,
your thoughts and regrets.

Take notice of the magic.
The stars bring forth.
The white clouds as they carry,
your presence and force.

To the highest you shall go..You and I..
The dreams that we carry,
shall never die.
Floating along life's path to the truth.

Together we will get there,
for with belief this is proof.

It is then you will notice if this dream is for you.
For many have tried and in the end came back down.
Their truth as they saw it,
could never be found.

So will you follow me towards the heavens?
The beauty it holds?
Or will you stay behind as the others,
until you grow old..
