A Poem by Magda E Fahren

A flash of insight, I know what I’m doing

Thoughts and knowledge, inside brewing

A storm, I’ve lost my place again

Abandoned myself in this new domain

Pain, fast lane, yeah I remember that

Words, theories, experimental rats

Make a link, love that delight

What I want is there, in my line of sight

But myself, a variable, extraneous, miscellaneous

Things I felt contrast, were simultaneous

Spontaneous, unpredictable results, transfix

With human consciousness in the mix

What conclusions can be drawn,

If night doesn’t always precede dawn?
