Spike Milligan's Humour

A Poem by Maddi
"

These poems do not belong to me, but they belongs to Spike Milligan. I feel like posting this on here because Spike Milligan was an amazing person, and he still lives on with us now.

"

Hamlet

Said Hamlet to Ophelia,
"I'll do a sketch of thee.
What kind of pencil shall I use,
2B or not 2B?"

Sardines

A baby sardine
Saw his first submarine
And cried as he looked through the peephole,
'Oh, come, come come,' said the sardine's mum,
It's only a tin full of people!!

Mountains

If mountains have holes in them so you can see the view ,

it saves you climbing over them ,

if you can just look through

Rain

There's holes in the sky where rain gets in,

but they're ever so small,

That's why rain is thin.
