My Angel

My Angel

A Poem by Annabelle N.
"

One of my favorites

"

You claim I’m an angel

if so I’ve fallen from grace.

My feathers blackened

with the darkness of my deeds.

But you are still glorious,

your wings still pure white.

You are the true angel

the true light of life.

And my heart has found home

nestled in your embrace,

you saved me from the dark

and let me rise again.
