Cast Your Spell

Cast Your Spell

A Poem by AmeliaGerhardt

"I miss you"
are the words that escape your lips
as they move ever so lightly over
my neck and collar bone
"I love you"
are the words you say as your eyes
glide up and down my body
Your hands follow close behind
touching my thighs,
caressing my curves,
and finally finding their way to my chest
These innocent words find themselves
being attached to not-so-innocent actions
And a once-innocent girl finds herself
trapped in a spell cast by three simple words
rolling off of lips as sweet as honey
