You have compared same-love

to pedophiles and bestiality

and expected us to stay calm.

And we did.

Not because you deserve the respect

but because we are human

And the love we hold is far greater

than the capacity

all of you combined could hold

Who we choose to love will never 

make us any different than you

Except, of course, that we accept 

every living soul

Even when you cannot accept us
