My acting monologe. A girl auditioning for a big role in Brodaway. It's right before the audition.

Today is the day. Right after thoughs curtains go down I'm on. Million of people watching my every move. If I mess up, my dream is ruined. What should I do?

I'm scaried that if I mess up my brodway dream is killed. I know it's just an audition, but, if I don't get the part my dream of performing with stars. When I was younger I loved to watch the movie The Little Mermaid all the time. That was when I was five years old. Now I get to audition for Ariel, my all time favorite princess. There are so many girls auditioning for the junior verion of The Little Mermaid. I don't think I will get the part.

What, I can?! But look at all thoughs girls, and that one guy in a dress?! Weird about the guy but look at them all. They are so amazing, can't you hear?! My chance to get the part is a million to one.

Yes, I should have confidence! I feel this character inside me. I've been watching this movie since a very young age. Also I've seen the movie millions of times more than anyone in this theter. All these kids have the same exact chance as I do! Confidence is the key for actors and actress everywhere! Thank you for believing in me. Uhhhhh, my name was called, bye, good luck on your audition. We both will nail our audition.
